A full competitive season with the Red Raiders. Technique from stance and motion up through advanced positions, live wrestling, and dual meets in the ICWL of Southeast PA. Beginners are genuinely welcome — most of our wrestlers started knowing nothing.

A shorter, gentler introduction for our youngest wrestlers. Movement games, body awareness, and the handful of positions that make everything else make sense. One practice a week, no competition required.

A coached group session that runs in the gym at the exact hour wrestling practice runs next door. Drop your wrestler off and train instead of waiting in the parking lot. Scaled for every fitness level — this is not a class you need to be in shape for.
